The SF General Hospital needs to do a better job checking that the phone numbers they are calling actually belong to patients or their family members. I’m not the only user complaining online to have received wrong calls from their nurses, and it’s frustrating both for the people who really needed to be contacted but never received their call, and for those like me who don’t want to be contacted but gets 4-5 calls and voicemails for someone they don’t know, and at the most inappropriate time. Please be more careful and respectful towards your patients!
