Contact me about a pending case that you have with us in our office. Direct line is 6 2 6 5 6 3 6 2 5 1 thank you…” Yep it’s a scam and they use AI of an old man’s voice to sound convincing. I don’t have any debts or any pending cases. Complete scam.

This is one of the most convincing scams I've ever encountered. An older man's voice is used to make it seem trustworthy. I think it may be AI re-routing a voice that isn't the person's voice. Henry from "Anderson and Associates" says they're calling about "Your case", and to immediately call "Mr. Ben Davis" at 626 563 6298. They used an online alias of mine, but it just so happened that my Mother had a similar name. I thought they were asking for her initially. When I called the number, another "old man" voice got on the phone and I made the mistake of talking to him. When I told him my mother had passed away in years past, he nervously tried to get off the phone. Upon looking up "Mr. Ben Davis" from Anderson and Associates, I now see that this scam is all over the place. It sounds incredibly real with the boomer voice - very honest sounding. Don't give them any information!

I've been getting calls from this phone number for a week now and I called Anderson and Associated today and was told they don't have a Ben Davis as an associate I knew when I heard the name that something was off. Ben Davis is a high school. So I call the attorney and asked if he has an associate by Ben Davis and gave him the phone number of the scammer.

I received the exact same message as others here. They actually are calling my father’s number that I haven’t used in close to 40 years. Absolutely a scam, I had debt collection issues back then, so maybe it’s a pathetic attempt at “restarting the clock” on very old debt? Never call back for that reason.

I was called about a case I was involved in. I asked about the letters they had sent to me about my case. I told them I never received any letters. When I questioned the caller about who they were looking for, they had the wrong DOBs and addresses. There is no case.
