Avoid this Caller. They are crooks, calling you from a disconnected phone number. This Caller (using this phone number) has been reported on many reputable internet sites ... they are running various scams: student loan forgiveness, bank loans, etc. They are probably phishing for your personal and/or credit information (such as social security number), name, address). Hang up, and if you have time — report them.
