Person identified himself as "Abbe". Calling on a Federal Holiday about unpaid taxes? Have previously received several calls from this same person calling from different states and different numbers. Same message. I don't owe any taxes! The IRS will not call you and only communicate by sending a letter in the mail. I suspected these calls were coming from a scammer and now that "Abbe" has called me on a "Federal Holiday" just confirms my suspicions of "Abbe' being a scammer and especially the fact that I do not owe any taxes! What a stupid move for him to call on a Federal Holiday. These scammers are praying on people, especially the elderly trying to scare you into giving up your personal information in order to scam money from you.
