I work at a government agency and we get these calls from the 617 area code. The calls are silent...no speaking. A reverse phone lookup found this. CCS Collections, also known as Credit Collection Services, primarily collects debts for various lenders and creditors across different industries. This includes banking, cable, education, financial services, healthcare, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and utilities. They may act as a third-party debt collection agency after purchasing debts from original creditors, or they may collect on behalf of those creditors directly.
