Horse shit Pakistani dude calling to get me to apply for a job through their 'agency'. Typical pattern, they want you to sign a "Right to Represent" document after which you have to speak to the 'manager'. It's a sweat shop operation out of either Pakistan or India. The guy calling you gets a piece of the sale if the 'manager' gets the hospital/LTC facility/etc to take you. Don't do it. These people will disappear when you need support and are only there to make a quick buck 'selling' a nurse. Advice? If they speak such poor English you have trouble understanding them, how are they going to effectively communicate with a facility on your behalf when there are disputes? No. Stay with reputable companies WHOLLY based in the United States. Cheers!
