Initially starts off as recording, asks you to press “9” to speak to somebody. They come on phone and tell you they can reduce your credit card interest rates to 0% because of your good history. Then they go in to ask for your card number, last 4 of SSN, zip code, etc. if you play with them, don’t ever give out real info.
