A tech was scheduled to be here between 2-4. A customer service rep called at 2:13 to say he might be later than that. I gave up at 6:00 and made some dinner since I hadn’t heard from anyone. I missed a phone call from Jessica at Lee and she said that it’s important that I answer the phone and make sure I’m home. I didn’t appreciate her tone, especially since I’ve been waiting since 2:00 for the tech. I called back and spoke to another rep who was very nice and we rescheduled. I don’t like to be talked down to.
