This company continues to call my phone everyday, multiple times per day looking for someone who IS NOT on my phone account. I have repeatedly instructed them (ad nauseam) to take my phone number off of their list and they verbally tell me that "it's been taken care of today" but they continue to call me every day looking for a Joshua. I am Alexander, not Joshua; do not know who this "Joshua" is. I filed a cease and desist letter today and had it sent via certified mail, my attorney told me that if they continue to violate the cease and desist letter; I will be entitled to $1,200 per phone call.
