Very helpful comments, and thanks for this service! I have some land I do want to sell, and responded to a text. "Scam Likely" appeared on the return call (different number same area code). It warned me to be cautious when talking and look here. The first comment is worth considering, too.

Called about buying my land. I get a lot of these. They offer pennies on the dollar and don't want any homes, just land. They work for mega-businesses trying to buy up all the land in America, so we have to rent.
