20 Months of Harassment by Gilbert Ian Graham of Sarasota, FL & Columbus, OH CRIMINAL(33 arrests) using fake disposable numbers a THIEF BULLY handyman/ painter -stole $14,500 of our Remodeling money, didn’t finish painting house, then he illegally walked in our garage & stole $500 in our personal property. Gil Thief Graham has harassed us daily & sent DEATH THREATS for a 1-1/2 years. Public Records - 2018 Sarasota, FL small claims court: Cindy Rasmussen v Gil Graham. Gil stole $2,000 painting money from this Elementary School Councilor & she won & the court said he had to re-pay her $2,225 but this thief conman with a fake Joker smile never has Re-paid Anyone. Beware!!
