It's a scam pretending to be Verizon. They call 3 times a day, don't always leave a message. The messages claim to be Verizon Financial services. One message said my bill was late when it had gone through by autopay, and another said they wanted to verify my account, but they had the wrong name. I checked directly with Verizon through the app and they told me it was not their number.
