Called and asked for Harley D. Fish. Said it was a financial matter for Harley D. Fish. Then asked if I knew where she could find him, or asked if I knew him. I simply said No , as I've never heard that name, nor do I know of anyone with that name, and I hung up.

This call was from Chase Bank's estate collection services which was contacting me as an executor of an estate that had a small credit card balance. Legitimate call.

I did not wait for their "spiel". Hung up & blocked! Chase would not call from a 612 phone number, plus they were using IA to talk.
