This isn't a scam call, lol. It's an inmate at Shakopee woman's prison. It asks you to press zero because that's literally how you accept the call, it's how the call gets connected so you can start the conversation, lol.

A supposed collect call from an inmate at the Shakopee corrections facility. In the automated call, it asks to press 0 to accept the call. I recommend you DO NOT press any options. Just hang up. Many more examples can be seen at this site, not sure how this number is in the possitive/safelist at robokiller https://directory.youmail.com/directory/phone/6122354374
