Had a missed call, called back and greeted by automated system that just says thank you for calling and all agents are busy, never tells you the name of the company. You get to a person that tells you their name but not the name of the company or what they do. He asked for my name and I asked him for the name of the company before I give any information and he refused to tell me the name of the company, he told me the name of a city and state, La Crosse Wisconsin. I refused to give my info without info about the company I am speaking with and he said it is a private matter. I hung up.
