Same guy-voice (aka John Allen, John Savage) who attempts to scam recipients of his calls with bogus "military" and "law enforcement" requests for donations. Reported to fed authorities. This time he asks if a fictious person "is there", such as "is Louis there? Don't pick up, don't answer. He's waiting for a live person to answer his bogus call.
