THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM at best, possibly more malicious than that. Dude called, mumbled something about being from Upgrade (which I guess is a financial thing?). Tried to get me to verify my name. Instead of verifying my name, I asked what he wanted. He then asked me to verify THE LAST 4 DIGITS of MY SS#. I pointed out that I didn't even verify my name, told him I wouldn't be giving him any part of my SS#, and called him out on the scam. (Which I will report every where including the governmental scam sites.) Don't let them get to voicemail to verify even your name.
