My insurance has changed and doesn’t include Simon med

Received a garbled call this morning from Phoenix, AZ (I'm in Florida). When I searched the number it came up as SimonMed. Looking through various notations about the number says it is an appt reminder/rescheduling an appt. I called my local SimonMed to verify this morning as no one in the family (as far as I know) is scheduled for any services, especially in Arizona.

I have never used a simon med and didn't know what it was until I started receiving calls from them (all 17 calls) over a period of 2 months stating I need to schedule an appointment with them and then the rest of the message was in spanish. This time I picked the phone up in the middle of the message they were leaving to find out who they were. She said they were a medical imaging facility and had a doctors order for x-rays for me. This is a scam call as I haven't been to a doctor in a year. She insisted I had to make an appointment and when I asked for a supervisor because she wouldn't listen to me and what I had said, she hung up.
