I normally get text messages from CVS pharmacy that I deal with, and today from this number I got a text message about CVS pharmacy GLP-1 access and that I qualify. The only thing that was different is at the beginning of this message it said, CR, typically CVS text messages don't say that at the beginning of the text message, and the number that I get my CVS messages from is in my message history.
