"Jassy" pretended to be working with Nest the cameras that are in my house, tried to charge me $200 after I already paid $230 in January with Nest & that she was watching me on my cameras, I am going to police & better business bureau. I have had Nest for years, she did not have anything correct at times did not even respond or spoke in a foreign language, would not let me speak to a manager and basically called me a liar about my subscription I've had for years. Enjoy watching my cameras Jassy that's illegal!!! And theft. I recorded the whole conversation
