I previously donated based on a YouTube ad. This was a call for another donation, and he knew my name. I said yes, but said I would do it on the website. He sent a link. The website kept adding to the amount of my planned donation, even doubling it, and it wasn't possible to start over. I did not donate, but it would have been easy to miss the changing amount of the donation and donate. The phone is not registered to the charity.
