Kaiser always uses 562-657-9000 to call patients as an incoming call subject, but for leaving a message, they put a different number from real dept to call back. Why can't they use their real numbers? It has been confusing to me many times because someone used it falsely as a duplicate number and played with it to call me. I discovered it somehow. I know that it is Allan calling me for his purpose, not for Kaiser's reason. That is why I had to block this number. Allan also works for State Disability Insurance as a partnership with Kaiser Permanente.

This number should NOT BE BLOCKED. It shows as allowed but it’s being blocked missing important calls from my medical provider
