The voicemail claimed that my 50% discount on my monthly bill was in 'file removal status due to no response' and to call back this number to prevent this 'permanent change.' I do not receive a 50% discount (wishful thinking!) and Comcast doesn't use a phone number in Tulsa, OK to call people about their bills. SCAM...
