Caller ID listed this as Jon Haas REA. Turns out to be some POS home investment Realtor and Mortgage Loan Officer doing cold calls looking to buy homes in the Tucson AZ area. Or to see if you are interested in refinancing your home. If you are more than 10 years into paying your mortgage it is not worth refinancing unless you really know you are getting one hell of a deal. Because the first 10 years you are paying mostly interest with little going to the principle. Refinancing you basically start from the beginning all over again and you play the banks scam of paying mostly on the interest for another 10 years. It's best to put more money in your house payment with whatever extra you can marked for the principle. The more you can bring that down the less interest you will pay and the loan pays off quicker. I paid off my home in 6 years doing that and the last interest payment was $0.95. Don't get scammed by these home buyers either as they will only pay you less than half of the value of your home.
