This is 100% scam. They never once say what the processing division is for. This is some idiot in the kitchen trying to scam people out of money.

I've received this same call for YEARS. Always the same message left, always a different phone number to call. Never a business name given. They say they need to verify my contact info and my employer address so they can have me served. They say I'm waiving my rights if I do not press 1 to speak to an agent. This is a fake debt scam. I am not behind on any of my bills. I have not received anything in the mail. No one ever shows up at my home or work to "serve me" these phony scam documents. I report each call to FCC but not sure they can do anything to stop them.
