Same as previous comments. Call spoofed Chase Bank and said someone had opened an account using my phone number and attempted to make two Zelle payments ($2K & $3.5K).

Claimed an account was made under my name and 2 Zelle payments were made for 2,000 and 3,500. Just another fraud scam hung up once I said I’m going to chase to get it sorted. They did spoof the number to make it look like it was from a branch near my house

Claimed to have two Zelle transfers (never said if it was in or out of my account) kept naming names, I think he was trying to get me to say my name as he kept prompting with fake names. User ID says Chase it's fake.

Spoofed the number saying that were the fraud department and there were unrecognized zelle transactions. a $2k and $3k charge.

Same experience as previously mentioned, claimed there were 2 Zelle transactions attempting to withdraw money from my Chase account, gave me Case No's to dispute the transactions. I hung up and called Chase directly - confirmed to be fraud.

Spoofed the number saying that were the fraud department and there were unrecognized zelle transactions. Tried to get us to enter a phone number as a "case number" into zelle.
