Scam will continue to low ball you and continue to call. AI voice cloning scam.

Asks for the owner of an address and if they have intention of selling the home. They say it will be all in cash offer for a ridiculous amount, saying they will pay some now and the rest at a disclosed date. Also asks you to verbally say Yes. "okay, sure, go ahead" are not okay they want you to say Yes and record your voice They will also text you the same thing and ask if you are selling your home. Go to an actual real estate agent or do it yourself but these guys will continue to low ball you and ignore what you have to say and continue to call.
