Called and said , "Hello , remember we spoke last week about our trucks." (I am a reptionists so obviously i dont talk to people about trucks.) Then i asked who the name of the person who he talked to was , he named the highest person in the company who does NOT handle any trucking, when i said that person doesnt handle anything with transportion he told me to transfer him to a manager. then hung up
