They have called many times. On my phone, it shows as Kaiser. I know that's not one of Kaiser's numbers. My friend received a call from them also. She picked up because it said Kaiser, and she thought it was me calling her from Kaiser for a ride home.The caller asked her if had applied for Medicare. She hung up because she knew that Medicare wouldn't be calling.

They called me, and asked me to provide them my personal info for security verification purposes. I said no, hung up, and called Kaiser member services directly — the phone number on my card. They stated they were glad I didn’t give info because they have no idea what this is and they were not reaching out to me via phone. Be careful who you offer your info to, even if they claim to be your healthcare provider. They called you, don’t verify anything over the phone.
