They called today saying it was from Kaiser un regards toa balance and they wanted me to verify my info and I told them I would check online but knew I did not have a balance. SCAM CALL.

I got a call from this number , and it had the automated voice of kaiser and they had all details of my husband and kid and asked me to verify information. I did mention your number shows up as scam and I dont want to provide any information . I will call up kaiser myself and ask them about it . And when asked what was it about- they mentioned its about financial balance. sounded weird . I still thin its a spam

Called from 510-390-7026. Robotic voice claiming to be “kaiser patient financial service department” and told me to call back @ 888-979-4948, which isn’t even a Kaiser Permanente number. Sounds like a scam call!!!
