Unsolicited SCAM or FRAUD Robocaller refused to identify self and would not state purpose of call. Nothing but about 20 seconds of electronic noise on the line. I know nobody in Goldendale WA, have never been there, and have done no business with anyone there. Call violates the national do not call list.
