Called me and said dentaquest has assigned a dentist under BCBS and to enter DOB to get this info. Blue cross blue shield confirmed today that this is a phishing call and to delete and block the number. Dentaquest also confirmed they will never make a call like this and ask you to enter date of birth to get the info. Both entities said this is phishing.

Leaving voicemails claiming to be dentaquest but they don’t ever actually call. Just a no ring automated voicemail.

Claiming to have important info on DentaQuest health benefits, but the voicemail is automated. Blue Cross Blue Shield Turquoise Care does use DentaQuest, but I’m skeptical of these calls. If it’s so important, they can use a real human to get in touch with me some other way.
