This is a ? company posing as your insurance company trying to set up an in-home visit. I don't know how they get so much information but they had my name, address and some other details. This smelled funny to me so I didn't confirm anything with her. Best case scenario this is a real Healthcare company that takes Presbyterian insurance and they get your data and then try to get you to set up appointments. Worst case scenario, these are people trying to scout your house, steal your data, something completely nefarious. Either way, red flag that the caller ID says Presbyterian Health Plan, however she confirmed she is not with Presbyterian but said that they take Presbyterian insurance. She would not tell me the name of the business she's actually with or how she got my information. I told her to remove me from their list and they still call me 2 to 3 times a week. I can't imagine there's an insurance company out there that wants so desperately to pay out on claims to harass their insurance holders to make appointments.

Ask me to confirm information and he seemed to already have my name and address. He said he called to set up a home health tele visit. After confirming my phone number and date of birth, he hung up.
