It was hard to tell who is was or what it was about, kind of background garbled, partial message. last words were “wanted to let you know”. Didn't sound like anything a real OPB would do.

They hung uo when I asked who was calling. I tracked down it was OPB, called them, told them to remove me from future calls, discussed their unprofessional call and blocked the number.
