Feels very scammy even though Providence confirmed they are a legitimate contractor. Still, they sound desperate, incompetent, and scammy, and received terrible reviews online. Stay away! They referenced a letter I was supposed to have received in the mail, when it was actually an e-mail they had sent, and a very suspect-looking one at that. I declined to schedule a wellness appointment and declined for them to call again a week later, yet they kept calling numerous times. Shame on Providence for associating with such scam artists.

Pretended to be calling from Providence Health Insurance from a "recorded line" and referenced an email that was in my spam folder. Wanted to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner as a "wellness exam". VERY SCAMMY DO NOT SCHEDULE

Pretends to be nurse practitioner from Providence Health Plan onboarding you for an appointment you didn't schedule. States they "sent a letter via mail." SCAM. Do not give information. The second I questioned them, they hung up.
