Stated that she works for VRBO and is asking for reservation payment details. Said that the property is in Florida. We do not have any properties in Florida.

I booked a reservation for Dutch Caribbean Residence in Aruba through Expedia. VRBO would be the one to handle Expedia's reservation. When paying with my mastercard the property declined each time. I then cancelled the reservation, but it turned out that VRBO had deducted a fee of $150 from my card. I made this known to VRBO by email. At one point, after one day of cenceling, I received a call from a certain Nelson who claimed to work for VRBO and that he would make sure the money would be refunded. I am still waiting for the money to this day.
