If this number is not a scam, they should leave a voicemail and identify who they are. Very unprofessional of Humana, if that is really who it is from.

I also work for Humana and can validate that this is the customer feedback survey that will call the member back after they are assisted by a Humana or CenterWell representative. The survey used to call members from 502-406-8930 but recently switched to a new phone number of 502-678-5122 to help mitigate past experiences of the phone number being flagged as SPAM. They are in the process of fixing the playback recording if someone were to call that number back, but unfortunately at the moment you will hear "elevator" music while the recordings are being built. I can with 100% confidence guarantee that this call is NOT a scam. It is a legitimate call from Humana/CenterWell following up with those who opted in to complete a survey about their experience.

I received three (3) calls from this number within an hour of each other this morning and early afternoon. It's not a # I or my phone recognizes so I let it go to voicemail. No messages were left on any of the calls. Accessing this site, I see that Robokiller lists a positive rating +I saw a "Premier Bank Card" description in a box above +since I had recently been approved for a new credit card, I over-ruled my normal protocols +attempted to call the number back, figuring it might be a customer service agent wanting to follow up on any last minute details. Nope. Oddly, I called the number twice +both times I was instantly met with music playing...which I only felt comfortable hanging on for a minute or less on the first call...+immediately on the 2nd occurrence. That result is a huge red flag for me so I wanted to register this experience so others who might receive similar calls could elect to dismiss as spam, perhaps report to the Fed Do Not Call complaint line...whatever the eff that EVER has accomplished for me or anyone else. Cheers to all people of integrity!
