They call once a month to ask if I want to refinance. I’ve explained many times to take me off the list and that I’m satisfied with my rates and I don’t need a HELOC. They still call, but it’s a quick and easy “no thank you.”

PennyMac number, had called back, a recording says may have missed call from them, they did not leave message. Usually asking about refinance or loans. Mine has only showed a number.

Calls a few times a week, caller ID shows PennyMac loan company but this is not a known number on their site. I haven’t answered & they don’t leave voicemails.
