Repeat caller. A realistic sounding telemarketer message from a guy claiming to be down the street cleaning the neighbors panels and "saw a bird fly out from under our panels and he would be happy to swing by to inspect and clean them and install mesh around the panels". No birds anywhere near my panels, no nests, no poop. I can see under my panels from my front yard. I have low profile panels. I also clean my own panels.

Nice sounding guy left message that he was at a neighbors of mine cleaning his solar panels and saw a bird fly under one of mine. Offered to come clean and put a barrier under ours so birds can't get under them. We don't have solar panels!!
