Tuesday, 4 March 2025: My 15-year-old daughter received a first call from 480-933-9314. My daughter didn't understand what the person on the other end of the line was talking about, so she gave me (Mother) her phone. The female customer service representative refused to identify herself by name, said the call was an attempt to collect a debt, and asked my daughter or me to confirm our identities before proceeding with any conversation. I told the female customer service representative that my daughter was 15 and owed no debt to any creditors because she doesn't have any established credit, a Social Security number, or a job, and I asked her not to call anymore. The customer service representative replied sarcastically, "Sure, lady, I hear the same old story hundreds of times every month," and quickly disconnected. The calls have continued 2-3 times per week, month after month, until today, Saturday, 17 January 2026. Between 4 March 2025 and 17 January 2026, Premier Bankcard has called 57 times. 480-933-9314 is blocked on my daughter's phone from receiving calls and voice messages, but she gets a notification every time the call is blocked. Also, if my daughter supposedly owes the debt, why doesn't she receive weekly or monthly statements from Premier Bankcard listing the creditor's name and the amount she allegedly owes? Between 4 March 2025 and 17 January 2026, my daughter HAS NOT received a single letter or notice in the mail from Premier Bankcard.
