I've been getting these calls from portfolio recovery for years now regarding a debt collection. I have no debt. I quit using credit cards about 2016 or so and my home, vehicles, and land have been paid off for quite a while now and anything new I buy I just pay cash. Not sure what the scam is but I have received several hundred of these calls over the past 10 years or so.

These people are from Portfolio Recovery. They have numbers all over the United States. Now they are asking for some person that has never had this number.
