47 hits on this spammer number on Robokiller. 3,404th call which Spectrum pre-identified as “SPAM RISK”. WHY DOES THE FCC ALLOW OUTGOING CALLS FROM ANY PRE-IDENTIFIED SPAMMER?? Exactly 10 minutes after the last VOIP spam call comes this one which appears to be coming from the same serving using a different number. FIND AND FINE!
