I was recently in an accident and the other person's insurance company is USAA. An accented female person claiming to represent USAA called, asking if my car was ready for pickup. Had info about my car model, and my phone number. I already have a rep from USAA. I already know from the shop it is not ready. I called the person back on a different phone number. She claimed to be working from home and wondered if I had a different phone number. I didn't share it with her and got off the line. Seemed highly scammy.
