This is one of many “469-982” numbers that visual voice mail via text message request to dial to hear full voicemail of the person who left a voicemail. The person who left the voice mail is both saved contacts and non saved. This is a problem that has continued through out the Dallas fortworth area and phone carrier refuses to communicate the issue. This involves both scam and telecom fraud. Please investigate. Thank you
