Was in a hit & run. Company called to solicit my case

Told me they were a resource company that provides information to those in accidents. If I needed any injury lawyers' numbers and such. I believe this is a scam.

Called from a private number. Husband was involved in an accident and he wanted to speak to me regarding the accident. I asked him why the private number and he said it was from a call center and gave me a website if I wanted to check the legitimacy of the call. Since he called private, I'm unable to block the call.

I was involved in a hit and run accident yesterday and then received a phone call from this number as well as a text from 346-478-7122 stating I was "not at fault" and requested a call back. Based on the other comments here and the vague messages from the "other driver" I'm pretty sure this is a scam.
