Started with text messages for a few weeks. "Southwest Recovery Services: Call 469-361-2763 to sign up for a payment plan on your Utilities. You can also visit our website: https://p.swrecovery.com/hb9t. Reply STOP to opt out. This is an attempt to collect a debt." Which is a different phone number than the voicemails come from and says to call them at. The calls have been daily for a couple weeks now. Weird things is the phone doesn't ring (I didn't block the number) but I get the voicemails. The voicemail says "Hello, this is Susan Hall calling from SWRS. This is regarding a personal business matter. Please contact me or one of my colleagues at 469-689-2371. Thank you." I'm haven't called back or responded to the text.

Left message as Susan Hall of SWRS which is SW Recovery Services, a collection agent. In calling number, it beeped twice and disconnected. Likely spam or phishing.
