Called talking about active order of location wtv that means doesn’t ever say what company they’re from scam

Left voicemail advising there is an active order of location processed against me. And that 2 formal complaints are being filing against me in my county for forceful or voluntary recovery due to no action on my account. Doesn't mention where they are calling from, or any other details, and when calling back from a burner number line says no longer in service. Scam highly likely
