The lady that commented is obviously lying because the number is with Methodist Health Systems from the central business office for billing for ALL Methodist Hospitals. She didn't type the name correctly so who knows if she ACTUALLY called Methodist Richardson Medical Center. Methodist Richardson wouldn't lie and say they would look into it because the number is in THEIR DIRECTORY. Duh!

I received a call today asking to speak to my son (who is 3). She was surprised to learn he is a baby. So I knew something was up. She claimed she was from Richardson Methodist Health Center. They then asked if I lived at such and such address in Plano, TX. I said No, I don't live in Plano. They asked me for his birthdate. I said I'm not giving that info out over the phone. Then the lady said, "Okay, thank you." I told her I'm reporting this as a spam call. Next, I called Richardson Methodist to let them know about this. (My son does not have a balance by the way.) The lady in billing said they've been getting calls from patients claiming that they owe money when they don't and that someone had tried to get them to pay their "balance" over the phone. I gave Richardson Methodist the phone # that they called from so that they could look into this: 469-399-2271. They took the number and are reporting it to management.
