I've received this on four different occasions so far. No clue what it's for or who it is. All of my credit is in check so I know that's not it.

They call, i get as far as pressing 1. Someone asks if I'm me and then want to verify address, ssn, etc. Stated i am not comfortable, i already verified myself when i hit 1. Person stated she will note account I refused to verify and hung up.
