As of 2025 this number is still a prison line for inmates to call out from. The very first call the recording will let you know an offender by the name of …., wants to add your number to their calling list. It gives you the option to block any calls from any persons in the facility to ever call you again. It will save you the headache if someone calls from a different line at the same place too
